Returns and Adjustments are accepted within thirty (30) days of delivery, provided that customer has not damaged product(s) nor subjected product(s) to a purpose for which the product was not intended.
Before any return or adjustment, the customer must first request a “Return Merchandise Authorization/Adjustment” [ click on ‘Request RMA’ ]. XYZBuys.com Customer Support will contact the customer within one (1) business day of the RMA reference number and customer must then reference this number in returning product(s) to the supplier for refund or adjustment. If multiple products are involved, a separate RMA must be requested for each product to be returned for refund or adjustment (including replacement).
Once XYZBuys.com is notified of the return for refund, such refund will usually be issued to the customer within five (5) business days.
