IF YOU NORMALLY HAVE BREAKFAST, THEN DO THE FOLLOWING:
*MID MORNING,BETWEEN BREAKFAST AND LUNCH, HAVE A COOKIE TOGETHER WITH OUR PROTEIN MEAL REPLACEMENT DRINK
IF YOU DO NOT NORMALLY HAVE LUNCH, THEN DO THE FOLLOWING:
* HAVE ONE COOKIE TOGETHER WITH OUR PROTEIN MEAL REPLACEMENT DRINK FOR LUNCH
IF YOU NORMALLY HAVE LUNCH, THEN DO THE FOLLOWING:
* MID AFTERNOON, HAVE ONE COOKIE TOGETHER WITH OUR PROTEIN MEAL REPLACEMENT DRINK
AFTER DINNER, THEN DO THE FOLLOWING:
* HAVE A THIRD COOKIE AS A SNACK AFTER DINNER BUT AT LEAST TWO HOURS BEFORE GOING TO SLEEP
TO GET THE MOST BENEFIT FROM THE PROGRAM, WE SUGGEST A TOTAL OF THREE (3) COOKIES AND TWO (2) PROTEIN MEAL REPLACEMENT DRINKS PER DAY.
